The
First Time Manager
It's
incredibly exciting and satisfying getting that promotion to your first Management
role however; the gap between being an outstanding member of the team to an outstanding
Manager can seem like a huge chasm. The First Time Manager
Programme is designed to bridge that gap and sets the foundation for a successful
career as a leader of people.
This
is a new programme for 2005 - spread over a six month period these workshops provide
new or soon to be Managers with support, skills and knowledge to take that step
into their first management role.
There
are six one day workshops interspersed with the opportunity to practise and gain
feedback back at work. The workshops also provide a great opportunity to network
with others in a similar position.
Delegate
numbers will be limited to ensure that, where possible, we can tailor the workshops
to ensure the very best learning opportunity for participants.
The
