We offer a select number of open courses in our prestigious venue in the rolling Northamptonshire countryside.

Just minutes from Junction 2 of the A14 or 45 minutes from Birmingham Airport, you can find a great learning environment and the chance to get away from your own business and focus on you.

Our Open Course Calendar is designed with the small to medium sized business in mind when it's just not practical to have in house workshops. It's also designed to enable larger organisations to supplement their own in-house programmes when maybe there are only a few delegates, making an in-house workshop unviable.

For everyone attending it's also a great opportunity to network and share ideas and perspectives.

We work hard to tailor our programmes to the delegates who are attending - in effect each programme is bespoke. Once you have booked a place on a workshop then we will contact both the delegate and, where appropriate, their line manager to chat through objectives and any specific issues or requirements.

We limit the number of delegates to each programme, depending on the programme, so you can be assured you'll get the best possible learning environment.
