today's businesses, the role of the leader has become increasingly more important,
more complex and potentially more stressful.
For
organisations to be successful, we firmly believe that the leaders of that business

will hold face to face meetings with you between four and six times over a six-month
period. The meetings include:

addition, the process includes telephone coaching within the six-month period
as required.
