In today's businesses, the role of the leader has become increasingly more important, more complex and potentially more stressful.

For organisations to be successful, we firmly believe that the leaders of that business need to be able to become effective role models - demonstrating and living the values of the organisation. We will hold face to face meetings with you between four and six times over a six-month period. The meetings include:

·Contracting - establishing what you want to get out of the coaching process and matching you with the right coach
·Diagnostics and information gathering - using appropriate psychometric tools such as the Managerial and Professional Profiler (MAPP) and observational tools such as 360 degree feedback
·Analysis and Goal setting
·Monitoring and review
·Commitment to results and further action

In addition, the process includes telephone coaching within the six-month period as required.

This approach can be adapted as required to suit both you and your organisation.
